Refund policy

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with any Hope and Henry purchase, you may return unworn items with their tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to refund any items returned to us that are damaged or show signs of wear. We will not return damaged or worn items to the customer if they are returned to us. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@hopeandhenry.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We do not currently offer exchanges at this time. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at customerservice@hopeandhenry.com

Gifts
If you received an item shipped directly to you as a gift, and you would like to return it; you can reach out to customerservice@hopeandhenry.com and we will provide you with a free return shipping label to send back the unwanted item. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift code will be emailed directly to you.

Shipping

If Hope and Henry ships an order within the provided window of 24-48 hours, we do not offer refunds on shipping fees.
