How do I start a return?

Is there a fee for returning an item?
No—returns are completely free when initiated through your account within 30 days from the date of delivery.

What if I miss the 30-day return window?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after our 30 day return window. 

What makes an item ineligible for return?
Items are ineligible for return if they have been washed, worn or damaged or do not have the original tags attached.  Items must be in resalable condition.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a free return and then placing a new order for the correct size or color.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email our customer service team at customerservice@hopeandhenry.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What happens if my return is rejected?
If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing tags, it will not be refunded and the item will not be returned to you.

Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?
Yes, if the item is returned promptly and is unworn and in resalable condition, you may return it for a gift card.  Please email our customer service team at customerservice@hopeandhenry.com for help with your return.

Can I return an international order? 
We do not accept returns on international orders.

What is your Holiday Return Window?
Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st, 2025 may be returned until January 31st, 2026.

Where are your clothes made?
We are currently producing in India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia.
